I’m convinced they don’t speak English at all, they have a paper in front of them with English words on it and when you say key words they just flip to that page and read off an algorithm to you, so asking for clarification doesn’t help because they just repeat exactly whatever they just said, there’s no conversation capability. It’s obviously sourced in some other country, and while the customer service reps are attempting to say English words, their accents are SOOOO heavy, they’re almost impossible to understand. DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM!!! Good luck getting ahold of someone in support that “speaks English”. No live feed, no searching previous recordings, complicated interface in the app, not user friendly in any way. In the last 3 years it has been nothing but trouble. The mobile app worked, playback, live feed, everything was very easy. I’ve had this stupid system for 5 years, for the first two years it was great. Never works, if I could rate a zero, I would. Family is experiencing the same issue since the software upgrade.
